Coastal Hike & Setúbal Discovery

We begin our journey at Albarquel Park in Setúbal and set off on a beautiful coastal hike through the stunning landscapes of Arrábida Natural Park.
Along the way, we’ll enjoy spectacular sea views, explore the surrounding trails, take time to discover Setúbal’s traditional market and wander through the charming streets of the city bay.
Please wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes.

Special 100% Organic Picnic

After the hike, we’ll recharge with a carefully prepared organic picnic featuring seasonal and regional products from the Arrábida region.

Organic Picnic Menu:

• Sea fennel and coastal herb pesto;
• Traditional spelt and Barbela wheat bread;
• Codfish and seaweed pastries;
• Mushroom and asparagus pastries;
• Carrot, chocolate, and almond cakes;

Sea Kayaking Adventure

The adventure continues with a guided kayaking experience along the spectacular coastline of Arrábida Natural Park. Departing from Albarquel Park, we’ll paddle past hidden coves and beautiful beaches, stopping at one of them for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters.

The activity is supervised by experienced instructors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Each participant will be provided with: single or double kayak, paddle and life jacket.

No previous kayaking experience is required.

Getting There

Participants are welcome to travel independently and meet the group directly at the activity starting point (Albarquel Park – the full adress will be provided closer to the event date).

If you don’t have your own transportation, you can add a transport option during registration. The transport will be available from both Lisbon (Sete Rios) and Costa da Caparica, making it easy to join the experience. Full adress of the meeting points will be provided closer to the event date.

What to Bring:

• For the hike, please wear footwear with good grip and traction.
• For kayaking, bring comfortable footwear and clothing that can get wet.
• Hat, swimsuit, sunscreen, and sunglasses.

• Don’t forget your camera or phone to capture some great memories.
• A waterproof pouch or dry bag for your phone is recommended.
